Availability may change based on logistics and regulatory restrictions.

How long does international shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance process, and shipping conditions. This estimate is not guaranteed.

How much does international shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination country, actual or volumetric weight, and package dimensions. Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Are duties and taxes included?    No. All shipments are under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Will I need to pay additional fees upon arrival?

Yes, the recipient may be required to pay import duties, taxes, and local handling fees as determined by customs authorities in the destination country.

What happens if my package is held at customs?

Packages may be held for inspection or verification. We will assist by providing necessary documents, however customs clearance is fully under the authority of the destination country. Delays are beyond our control.

How can I track my order?

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately before shipment. Address changes after shipment are not guaranteed and may result in delays or additional charges.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

We will assist with investigation through the shipping carrier. Claims are subject to the carrier’s policy and insurance coverage. Compensation is not guaranteed without insurance.

Please ensure: correct recipient name, complete address, valid phone number and email, and understanding of potential import duties in destination country.

My bottle looks like leaked?

A small amount of leaking is acceptable.
Please remember these bottles travel all the way around the world to get into the palm of your hand. Often traveling on multiple airplanes. Air pressure can cause a tiny bit to expel from the bottle.
Please use a dry cloth and just pat dry. If for some reason the bottle has leaked more then expected or there is damage to the physical bottle itself, not the packaging, then please contact us for a replacement.
